Since we are the manufacturer, you can be assured that you will receive a top quality product that will bring your pets years of enjoyment. If however any part of our product is broken within six months due to a manufacturer defect, we will gladly replace it for free. After six months, we charge a small amount to replace broken parts; all replacement parts are available on armarkat official website.

I will say it like this. MY KITTEN is only 7 months old and he's too big to fight in this condo. There's nowhere for him to sit on it. It's great for maybe mice to play on but there's no room for the cat.......hmmmmmm could have fooled me but it's a kitty condo right?

My kitten LOVES her new condo. Sturdy, easy to assemble and a perfect size. I recommend not giving kitty the yarn toy that comes with it. My cat destroyed both of them very quickly and I had to keep pulling the yarn pieces out of her mouth so she wouldn’t choke. I attached a more indestructible cat toy to the elastic and she loves it. My cat always sleeps in the little tunnel on the top. Over all a great purchase!

When we initially received the condo scratching post we decided we were going to return it because the shade of blue was not what we expected. The quality of the carpet and materials is also not as good as other similar products you can buy, but it is cheaper. When we attempted to send the product back, we found out that we had to pay for shipping (around $20.) We felt the company’s return policy was rather poor. Companys such as Drs. Foster & Smith will send free shipping labels if the customer is not satisfied, regardless of the reason. And, Drs. Foster & Smith has a 6 month product guarantee which is nice. Anyway, we opted to keep the Armarkat post (for another room) and purchase a better one from Drs. Foster & Smith. Also, the Armarkat post is fine for small kittens/cat, but would not suit a larger cat. We have 3.5 month old Maine Coon kittens and they are already too large to fit into the condo.
